TAD PGS, INC. is currently seeking a Senior SharePoint Developer for one of our clients in Alexandria , VA. Per Government Sector, must be a U.S. Citizen. Must be able to obtain an Interim Secret Clearance.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Creates and maintains the internal and external architecture for application, data, and technology areas; ensures alignment with company business processes and initiatives.
Codes highly complex programs; derives logical processes on technical platforms to support business processes and initiatives. Designs user system interfaces and business application prototypes to meet business needs.
Engages in performance/integration testing, business and technical analysis, and data modeling; builds high complexity screens, windows and reports to meet company technology needs.
Serves as a technical expert for clients to eliminate gaps and inconsistencies in the initial and new information system architectures to ensure that solution meets client needs and to develop relationships with clients.
Establishes the principles, directions and standards related to the information system framework at the program/project level to meet business needs.
Defines the specific components of the information system solution and the resulting relationships to ensure alignment with the overall system.
Ensures that information solutions are flexible to support incremental development, ongoing maintenance and future enhancements of the system.
Oversees and facilitates cross-functional teams working in parallel to meet architecture needs; provides guidance and oversight in developing internal information solution architecture.
Researches technological advancements to ensure that information systems are continuously improved and aligned with industry and company standards; designs and provides updates to standards to enhance company solutions.
Identifies business requirements; ensures delivered information solutions meet performance engineering expectations.
Facilitates reduced risks to the client by ensuring adherence to information solution architectural requirements that meet client price, scope and time constraints; serves as a technical expert for clients to eliminate gaps and inconsistencies in the initial and new information system architectures.
Develops highly complex code and integrates artwork, text, video, and sound into client websites. Creates highly complex, customized applications to enhance website capability based on business needs.
Builds table frames and forms and writes highly complex script within the browser to enhance site functionality.
Ensures that web pages are functional across different browser types; conducts tests to verify user functionality. Resolves complex production support problems by identifying issues and recommending, and when approved, overseeing implementation of solutions.
Investigates and resolves matters of significance for end-user problems and escalates if necessary. Identifies issues and gathers information; determines and recommends courses of action.
Provides training and support for business system analysis and process definition to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
Works with end users to address requirements, usability, accessibility, security, and change requests to ensure website functionality. Identifies issues and recommends solutions.
Creates test plans, and reports test results. Works with outside vendors as necessary, in developing tests to ensure future site functionality.
Researches, tracks, and understands new web technologies to provide technical leadership in developing service applications and analyzing business requirements.
Makes and implements recommendations for new policies and procedures.
Oversees with cost management for site project. Performs necessary quality assurance activities to ensure optimum site functionality.
Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.
Basic Qualifications Required:
Bachelor''s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bachelor''s degree in computer science or related field preferred.
Eight or more years of web, internet, or programmer/analyst experience.
Experience working with local area and wide area networks.
Experience working with web authoring languages such as C++, Java, XML, HTML, CGI, ASP.
Experience working with multimedia applications, database interactions and data modeling tools.

Nine or more years of information systems technology experience.
Experience working with appropriate programming languages, operating systems, hardware and software.
Experience working with the technology industry.
Experience working with the interface of information technology with functional groups within an organization.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
