Description :
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Serves as the lead responsible for delivery of customer data processing services.
Primarily ensures timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Responsible for ensuring that incoming productions are made pursuant to the applicable ESI specifications.
Responsible for process improvement to ensure high quality, timely and cost-effective methods are used.
Provides guidance for less experienced Production staff.
Ability to load data into litigation support software such as Concordance, to QC as well as for delivery.
Coordinates activities between applications development, the operations unit, and user offices.
Prepares documentation of run instructions for the operations staff and reviews production output to verify proper execution.
May provide interpretation of the data or reports for the users.
Discusses computer and scheduling requirements with programmers and users and helps to determine priorities as well as computer time and memory required to perform functions.
Ensures availability of hardware and related equipment and resolves scheduling conflicts.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOJ NACI clearance.
Required
Qualifications:
At least two years of experience at the supervisory level.
Requires thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process, and the EDRM workflow.
Working knowledge of personal computers, including Windows 7, document review software, and encryption methods.
Experience with LAW, IPRO, Concordance, Summation, ICONECT, Relativity, MS Office Suite, and other litigation support tools are highly valued.
Undergraduate degree strongly preferred, preferably in computer science or related field and and seven to nine years of related (data center environment) experience.
At least five years' experience performing e-discovery roles including but not limited to electronic files processing (EFP), image and data file conversion, data culling using review tools, quality assurance, database loads and retrieval, and forensic analysis.
Requires U.S. citizenship plus the ability to pass a background investigation and credit check to obtain a DOJ Public Trust.
