IT Coalition has an exceptionally skilled team and group of leaders who are responsible for our growth. This role works closely with corporate leadership and requires a high degree of initiative, sound judgment and leadership. The Operations Director will ensure smooth operation of various processes that contribute to the services IT Coalition provides to our customers.
Responsibilities
Manage Contracts
Manage PM's
Ensure ITC is meeting contract commitments
Ensure staffing is on track
Provide customer satisfaction/follow up
Manage task order contract vehicleFocused on business and financial services
with 8 active TO's; 63 FTE's; Spread over multiple states
Potentially serve as a PM for new opportunities and contribute to Business Development
Must know DHS
Experience with USCG, TSA and CBP preferred
Must have experience managing T&M and FFP Contracts
Must be very hands on (Entrepreneurial minded)

Qualifications:
Proven executive with strong managerial and communication skills, and demonstrated ability to build consensus and drive change through engagement with staff, senior executives and other stakeholders
Ability to set and track performance goals, prioritize, delegate, and improve processes to enhance efficiencies and effectiveness of staff and services
Excellent writing ability for proposals and bids
Experience with SalesForce.com, Biz-Gov.com and other proposal vehicles
Customer focused, flexible, politically astute leader who has won the respect of customers, peers and employees

years of experience in executive or senior management level
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
PMP Certification

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
