### Job Summary
Provide technical support to accomplish the customer's T&E; mission to meet the demands of the internal and external clients including the using/war-fighting commands. Overall project functional support requirements include: documentation review and analysis; technical studies and analysis; operational and statistical analyses; planning, programming, budgeting and execution (PPBE); program oversight for system acquisitions and other T&E; programs.

### Job Duties
Policy and Program Management
Review technical documentation and formulate technical concepts and methodologies on new tests or projects as they come in for coordination. Typical documentation includes Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMP), Program Management Directives (PMD), test resource plans, Directives, Policy/Guidance Documents and Memos, and other applicable documents.
Review the test planning, design, concepts, and resources in specific programs.
Facilitate and document meetings on T&E; strategy, planning, funding, and policy by overseeing agenda development, documenting, and producing minutes of the meetings, tracking action items, securing the meeting location, and proposing improvements to the process.
Identify, recommend, and draft revisions to policies and regulatory documents for approval.
Recommend actions to clarify policy and right-size the number of policy documents through consolidation and/or elimination. All revised documents shall reflect revised processes and procedures.
Efficiently and effectively work with any version of the Microsoft Office Suite software applications in day-to-day researching, writing, coordination, and revision of communications materials (briefings, talking points, etc.).
Read, write, and communicate professionally and effectively across the civilian and military spectrum from the Action Officer to the General Officer/Flag Officer.
Identify, recommend, and draft revisions to policies and regulatory documents.
Recommend actions to clarify policy and right-size the number of policy documents through consolidation and/or elimination. All revised documents shall reflect revised processes and procedures.
Provide administrative and technical assistance in the review and revision of test policy documents and directives. Support may include rewriting, updating, or other administrative tasks.
Perform operational analysis on test concepts and designs.
Prepare and maintain project planning documentation, presentation material and program research.
Analyze/synthesize T&E; requirements and provide alternatives and recommendations for Government decision makers. Review mandatory life cycle management documents required by DoD and customer specific regulations, to include the following:
Changes to Planning documents
Business Case Analyses
Gap Analyses
Analyses of Alternatives
Establish, update, and maintain information in computer databases for generating T&E; data in support of management and oversight of programs and resources. The purpose is to produce up-to-date information on T&E; specified programs on an annual, recurring, and/or as-needed basis.
Perform analysis and technical reviews on applicable Joint Test and Evaluation program documents to include joint feasibility studies and plans, advisory boards, supporting instructions, and other applicable documentation.
Identify, recommend, develop, and draft revisions for various policies, Joint policies, and DoD regulatory documents.
Recommend actions to develop new policy as well as clarify policy or consolidate and/or eliminate policies as required. All new and revised documents shall reflect new and revised processes and procedures.
### Education Requirements
Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
### Experience Requirements
Five (5) years' experience of Test & Evaluation on Electronic Warfare (EW) and Threat Systems

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
