About Direct Markets:
Direct Markets specializes in providing property and casualty insurance, and Finance & Insurance (F&I) products, to the automotive industry. We have a dedicated sales force of licensed property and casualty agents and F&I professionals who meet regularly and directly with our customers.
Our Finance and Insurance Executives:
o Provide F&I products to Automotive Dealers
o Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
o Manage an existing territory driving growth and profitability
o Earn a competitive base salary with generous incentives and unlimited earning potential
o Receive excellent benefits and a company car (All candidates are subject to an MVR check)
o Work in an entrepreneurial atmosphere
Job Qualifications
Job
Qualifications:
o High School Diploma or Equivalent
o 4 or more years of related sales experience within a dealership environment
o Understanding of principles of sales, sales techniques and sales terminology
o Knowledge of our industry, market and competitors
o Knowledge of F&I underwriting principles/techniques
o Knowledge of personal computers, internet research techniques and business system applications
o Successfully completed a formal F&I training program
o Must have valid driver's license
o Must reside within sales territory (Wilmington, DE)
Preferred
Qualifications:
o Bachelors Degree
o Knowledge of F&I business offerings
o Knowledge of industry warranty products
