You will be trained to perform HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing inspections for our Home Care Agreement Customers. This will ensure that you will never have to worry about becoming obsolete or expendable. Once upon successful completion of our training program you will now have the opportunity to pursue a career with Michael and Son Services. We are looking for applicants that live in Virginia only. We service VA, MD & DC
Our Technicians:
o Have a determination to succeed and a desire to exceed expectations
o Have excellent customer service and sales skills
o Have pride in their technical ability and strive to be in the top 5% of our field.
What we expect from you:
o Professional approach
o Mechanical aptitude
o Willingness to learn
o Be able to distinguish colors
o Must be able to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders
o Valid driver's license and clean DMV record
o We do drug screening and a criminal background check
o Valid driver's license
o Motivated to make $100,000
a year
o Dependable and punctual to follow set schedule daily
Applicants with the following will be given immediate consideration:
o CFC Certification
o Some HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical experience
o Sales experience
o Trade Certification(s)
o NATE Certification
o IT background
