Job Description:
The Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Industrial Policy (INDPOL) seeks to ensure robust, secure, resilient, and innovative industrial base capabilities upon which the Department of Defense (DoD) can rely to fulfill Warfighter requirements. INDPOL is the principal advisor to the USD(A&S) on all matters related to the defense industrial base, including developing DoD policies and procedures; providing advice associated with the health of the industrial base; improving industrial capabilities to meet planned, ongoing, current and future defense requirements; conducting antitrust reviews of mergers, acquisitions, teaming, and joint ventures; monitoring financial markets; reviewing the national security impact of foreign ownership of U.S. industrial facilities; and preserving essential industries and technologies and other industry and program activities. Program Manager (PMs) and Subject Matter Experts in the DPA Title III program are responsible for the day-to-day management of an assigned portfolio of projects throughout the entire life cycle of the acquisition process. Support will involve a wide range of activities, to include:
Execute DPA authorities, to include the DPA Title III investment program Provide Program Administration, Project/Portfolio Management Financial Management services to the DPA Title III program Provide SME support to DPA Title III program, such as critical materials, shipbuilding, microelectronics and pharmaceuticals. Support the DPA Title III program with requirements development, and Presidential Determination packages Support the Director and Deputy Director of the DPA Title III program, such as meeting scheduling, email and telephone communication with program stakeholders, correspondence, and task tracking Provide OSD level action officer support to DPA Title III, and Industrial Policy, in support of assigned tasks to include Executive Orders, Congressional Reports and senior leader requirements. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE The following skills and experience are required for this position:
Must have minimum of a SECRET clearance, with TS/SCI as preferable. Demonstrated ability to apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts to solve the most complex problems of critical importance to clients Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and develop solutions, to formulate problem statements conducive to application of analytical methods, and to develop analysis methods and approaches Demonstrated ability to examine highly specialized complex systems, operations, and processes and analyze their components and relationships to support requirements development and acquisition strategies. Demonstrated ability to identify, evaluate, and propose original and practicable methods of resolving complex problems to assess risk and opportunities within the industrial base for policy or investment planning. Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and develop new analysis tools and methods Experience in conducting analyses of systems, operations, policies, and/or management issues of significant complexity from an industrial base and enterprise level. Specialized expertise in multiple functional or operational domains and expertise in related government, military, and/or commercial applications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE Prior experience and/or knowledge of government contract acquisition processes Prior program management experience Prior DoD acquisition experience - preferably middle tier Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification EDUCATION & YEARS OF EXPERIENCE Doctorate degree in a discipline relevant to the position plus 10 or more years of relevant professional experience; or Master's degree and 13 or more years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor's degree and 16 or more years of relevant experience; and demonstrated broad competence in his or her field.
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Government & MilitaryEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
