Director of Food & Beverage (FOH)

Paul Spring Retirement Community a premiere provider of Residential Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care is seeking a Director of F & B to be responsible for the training, mentoring, interviewing, and hiring the right talent to support an outstanding Food and Beverage Operation according to corporate standards of product and service.

Responsibilities:
Consistent maintenance and refinement of service standards.
Maintenance of adequate china, silver and glass inventories for all dining areas.
Maintenance of adequate linen inventories for all outlets through communication with Executive Chef.
Maintenance of adequate front of the house uniform inventories for all outlets by proper forecasting and purchasing.
Assist Managers and Chefs in refinement of successful daily menus.
Assure consistent maintenance of corporate F&B policies and Procedures in all front of the house operations.
Assure F&B Management development through well planned cross training programs.
Review all purchase requests prior to submittal to the ED.
Maintenance of accurate inventories and ongoing lists updatesConsistent physical maintenance of all dining areas and related areas.
Correlation of Dining P&L's and financial information monthly.
Conducts menu engineering analysis on a quarterlybasis.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years experience in the hospitality industryTwo years as Food and Beverage Director or F&B Manager, Restaurant ManagerAbility to make quick decisions in high stress situations.
Excellent Customer Service SkillsPleasant and positive personalityWell organized and efficient.
