The Program Scheduler position reports to a CTI Program Manager. This individual is responsible for project schedule (with associated resource requirements) development, CTI Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) input, maintenance and publishing for a complex portfolio of Engineering and Manufacturing Programs. The successful candidate will collect schedule and resource requirements from responsible managers and integrate data into schedules used for labor, program cost and scheduleforecasting, performance tracking and reporting. The Scheduler works closely with a multidiscipline management team including Program Managers, Principal Engineers, Systems Engineers, Project/Task and Manufacturing Managers, Contracts and Security to perform resource leveling and schedule/resource risk analysis, and collects data concerning actual progress and resource applications to adjust the plan/schedule for work going forward. Earned Value methodology is also used to track progress against plans. The Program Analyst/Scheduler works closely with other Program Analysts to streamline actual cost tracking processes and tools to satisfy program and corporate reporting requirements. Other
Responsibilities:
-Assemble project budgets and track actual costs against the budget using reports and queries from the Cost Accounting system. -Track task execution by project against planned schedule using information collected during meetings and queries to project/task leads. -Build and revise program labor, materials and Other Direct Cost forecast by project using project proposals, actual cost and progress and Estimate to Complete information provided by Project/Task leads. Job Requirements:
5
years of experience in business, accounting or finance ability to manage multiple project accounts Knowledge of MS Project, particularly schedule development, sub-schedule integration, resource leveling, project budget development Ability to collect and integrate master scheduling requirements and translate them into input for the schedule Current Secret Clearance based on an investigation within the last five years Desired:
Excellent Excel knowledge and abilities for data manipulation and analysis Experience with accounting software packages (Deltek CostPoint, Quickbooks, etc) Professional verbal and written communication skills Additional expertise in other, current scheduling/resource planning software packages Experience with Earned Value Management Bachelor of Science degree Current TS clearance This position is ELIGIBLE for an Employee Referral Program Bonus (A8 - Secret) MV, EP Security Clearance:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
