Software Vulnerability SME

, an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation Company, is looking to find and experienced Software Vulnerability SME (subject matter expert).
The Software Vulnerability SME will provide the following support:
Manage the lifecycle of vulnerabilities:
identification, evaluation, remediation, and reporting Conduct vulnerability scans of servers, applications, infrastructure, etc Configure and manage tools to support vulnerability management Partner with threat intelligence and penetration testing teams to share meaningful insights to improve the risk management posture Work with cross-functional teams including AppSec, Software Engineering, DevOps, IT, and GRC Leverage tools like Splunk to automate vulnerability analysis, metrics and reporting Conduct required reviews as appropriate to support security compliance effortsRequired Skills US Citizen Minimum vetting Tier 5(T5)-Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) 5
years of experience as an application developer 3
years of experience with management and operations of Static, Dynamic, open-source, and web vulnerability scanning; and/or manual review of source code for vulnerabilities.
Experience managing and integrating SAST, DAST, OAST, IAST, and RAST with Central Application Vulnerability Management (CAVM) Solution.
DOD 8570 IAT III Certifications-IA Workforce (IAW) and Computing Environment (CE) certification Must be detail-oriented to document process, findings, and conclusion Must be able to think critically in order to make intelligence analysis judgments Demonstrated skills to perform all required duties Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work responsibly and independently with minimal direct supervisionRequired Experience Experience with standard MS Office suite products and SharePoint Experience working in or supporting the Department of Defense Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree; prefer a discipline in Computer Engineering Desired Certifications:
CISSP or Security
