Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each assigned residentSupervise CNA s and LPN s and participate in their evaluationOversee Falls Program and Pressure Sore ProgramProvide nursing servicesConduct and document a thorough evaluation of each resident s medical status upon admission and throughout the resident s course of treatmentRegistered Nurse (RN) Job Requirements:
Graduate of approved accredited school of nursingValid license as an RN in state of practiceEEO/MFDV.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
