Lead Accounts Receivable Specialist

, an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is seeking a Lead Accounts Receivable Specialist III.
This position will work closely with Program Managers, Accounts Receivable Manager and the Contracts department to ensure proper billings.
The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Preparation of monthly contract billingsCollection calls and unbilled receivable reconciliationsSetup indirect projectsPreparation & processing of GSA Industrial Funding FeeAccruals and revenue recognitionAccounts reconciliationAssist in trainingOther duties assigned as necessaryRequired SkillsKnowledge of Microsoft Dynamics SL or other project-based Government Contracting Accounting SystemProficiency with Microsoft Office Suites (specifically Excel)Detail-oriented and organizedAbility to multi-task and meet deadlinesEffective oral and written communication skillsRequired Experience5-7 years experienceEducation:
Bachelor's degree.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
