They are actively seeking a Senior HVAC Mechanical Engineer to be a Team Leader for a growing HVAC Mechanical Department.
HVAC Mechanical with their PE would be best fit.
Primary ResponsibilitiesLead the technical development of large and complex projects in Commercial, Government, Healthcare or Science and Technology market sectorsEffectively develop and manage project designs from initial concept through design documents, construction documents and close-outDevelop component and system level criteria based on project requirements Collaborate and coordinate with other tradesShould have a knowledge of technical terms and be able to have a good rapport with outside partnersManages and mentor's members of the Engineering TeamContinuously improves the Team's deliverable quality, communications, attitude and efficiencyProject team organization and managementProject delivery requirements and steps which include client management and interactionsOther duties as assignedKnowledge And Skill RequirementsFamiliar with local and national building codesSubject matter expert in engineering software for design, documentation and coordination software (eg Trace, Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD)LEED accreditation preferredCommitment to sustainability is highly preferred Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an ABET school is required, Master' preferredPE License requiredMinimum of 12 years' experience designing HVAC systems in high performance buildingsExperience leading HVAC teams on technically challenging projects, working in dynamic team environments Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to make decisionsUnderstand industry trendsSend a resume to dg@ and/or call Dan Gallagher at 484 567 2084 for prompt response!#midsenior#HVAC#CIVILMEP#ConsultingEngineering#Libertyjobs.
