The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for the ongoing growth of teams across the network by attracting suitable candidates for open job positions and assessing their relevant knowledge and experience.
This individual will be responsible for sourcing candidates through databases, social media, job fairs and other methods as well as conducting interviews and coordinating with the Talent Acquisition Manager.
ROLES AND
Responsibilities:
Provide operational and administrative support in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment.
Source and review resumes to find qualified candidates.
Responsible for prescreening applicants/deeming them viable to push forward in the interviewing process Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in daily transactional tasks to ensure a positive, efficient, experience for prospective candidates.
Responsible for sourcing, moving candidates into, and maintaining, a healthy pipeline.
Source and review resumes to find qualified candidates.
Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs.
Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as an employer of choice.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 1-3 years of talent acquisition or sourcing experience required.
Minimum of 1 year of agency or staffing firm experience preferred.
Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making is strongly preferred.
4-year degreed from an accredited university preferred.
Desire to work in a fast-paced office environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; communicate effectively.
Strong organizational and planning skills; attention to detail.
