What will I be doing? Assisting with Intensive Outpatient Groups and performing required drug screens Am I a good fit? In this position you will be working from the Alexandria, Virginia office Candidate should possess effective interpersonal communication skills, have ability to remain sensitive to service population while also maintaining appropriate boundaries Flexible schedule is necessary to meet group meeting requirements and needs of program Qualifications for this position include:
Minimum of a High School diploma QMHP-T status preferred, with registration completed with VA Board of Counseling (4-year degree required), as this could lead to additional ability to complete other services and have more hours.
1 year of work experience with adolescents or substance use clients preferred.
Valid Virginia driver's license; Must be able to provide your own transportation to and from place of work.
Potential for job to become full time in future.
