General Our company is inquiring for a Customer Support Specialist to assist one of our federal clients.
We are looking for an individual who can provide excellent customer support by identifying, researching, diagnosing, and resolving customer issues.

Qualifications:
Ability to multi-task effectively Answer inbound calls to the customer support department Identify issues defined by customers and log case history in ticketing system Troubleshoot issues as applicable or escalate for resolution Manage ticket logs by assigning and distributing tickets, following up with team members as necessary Communicate risks and issues in a timely manner Draft, review, and update documents such as Standard Operating Procedures Perform other ad hoc tasks as needed Excellent written and verbal skills Candidates with similar experience preferred Job Type:
