General Our company is inquiring for a Customer Support Specialist to assist one of our federal clients.
We are looking for an individual who can provide excellent customer support by identifying, researching, diagnosing, and resolving customer issues.

Qualifications:
Ability to pick up new concepts easily with a passion to learn Ability to multi-task effectively Answer inbound calls to the customer support department Identify issues defined by customers, and troubleshoot or escalate for resolution appropriately Log case history in ticketing system and follow up on open cases for quality assurance Communicate risks and issues in a timely manner Update SOPs and other relevant documentation Assist with application training Excellent written and verbal skills Job Type:
