Job Description:
Alexandria Restaurant Partners is seeking talented, driven, experienced Assistant Restaurant Managers who is passionate about hospitality! Our guests' experiences are our top priority, we strive to WOW! Each time they dine with us.
Our goal is to always deliver consistently amazing guest dining experiences! An ideal candidate will provide support to the General Manager in motivating and coaching teams to provide exceptional guest experiences and drive topline sales.
Must have the ability to manage fast paced front of the house restaurant operations, as well as maintain revenue, high production, productivity, quality, and adhere to our guest service standards.
Our ideal Assistant General Manager will lead by example, with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, who can encourage and support our teams in a high volume fast-paced environment.
They should have the strong desire to learn and grow with a thriving high volume restaurant company.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years restaurant management experience in full service, high volume restaurant Demonstrated track record of strong leadership and ability to lead high performing teams Demonstrated ability to achieve positive financial results at restaurant level Excellent communication skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
