Senior Employee and Labor Relations Analyst

Job Summary/Company:
Sparks Group is partnered with the City of Alexandria seeking a highly qualified Senior Employee and Labor Relations Analyst who will be integral to the Department's employee and labor relations mission.
The Senior Employee and Labor Relations Analyst is responsible for a variety of functions including employee relations, labor relations, workplace investigations, and engagement with the City's labor groups.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity initially fully in-office with a hybrid work schedule after that.
The role pays $31-53 an hour based on experience.

Responsibilities:
Participates in assessing and assisting all levels of citywide managers in employee relation issues; Collects and analyzes data for short and long-range planning and evaluates services to make recommendations for improvement; Develops employee and labor relations program-related procedures, and processes; Provides guidance and assistance to managers at all levels citywide regarding State/City personnel regulations and procedures, and in resolving employee and labor relations issues and challenges Qualifications/Background Profile:
Four-Year College Degree Five years of progressively-responsible human resources experience Five years experience in Federal, State and City laws, ordinances, rules and regulations PHR, SPHR, or other professional certification in the human resources field This job is In-Person.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
