Job Summary/Company:
Sparks Group has partnered with a full-spectrum cyber tech solutions company seeking a Network Engineer to join their team in support of a government agency.
This is a direct hire role that is 100% onsite.
Responsibilities:
Develop system specifications, architecture designs, integration, and test plans Develop risk management and mitigation strategy Maintain compliance with QA standards; ensure service performance indicators are met Engineer/implement solutions for projects based on customer Change Requests Serve as the technical representative for assigned projects, provide recommendations on new action items, coordinate issues with the owners/organizations Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, scenarios, business analysis, and test/workflow analysis Write requirement specs according to standard templates Decompose high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements Perform requirement analysis and verification ensuring statements are complete, consistent, concise, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and conform to standards Manage requirements traceability information and track status throughout the review process Identify requirement errors/defects and write response statements to the owners/organizations Support network traffic analysis and bandwidth optimization efforts ensuring the fulfillment of performance and availability objectives Qualifications/Background Profile:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (education can be waived with an additional 4 years of experience) 6
years of relevant work experience Experience reviewing mission-related change requirements (e.
g.
, Requests for Change, approved Change Requests) and determining impacts on transport activities across the enterprise while providing technical solutions and cost impacts Experience in complex telecommunications applications involving all phases of telecommunications network design, implementation, and analysis Experience working in a DoD or Intelligence Community environment desired Certifications:
DoD 8570 IAT II and CCNP (or equivalent) Work Status:
due to government requirements, only US Citizens will be considered for this role Clearance Type:
Active TS/SCI with a CI Poly Clearance (must be at least eligible for CI Poly) This job is In-Person.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
