Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Policy and Program Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to research, develop, and draft Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems (CUAS) policies.
What You'll Be Doing:
Monitor regulatory filings, legislative actions, media, academic research, and other sources for policy developments related to CUAS Summarize key CUAS policy updates and effectively communicate opportunities or risks Review, shapes, and informs FAM, FAH, and ALDACs for CUAS equities Establish and maintain a reference repository of CUAS governance Work collaboratively across the CUAS program and within the Department Develops processes, policies and procedures to support system/capability enhancements Liaise with USG interagency partners on CUAS interest items Research and develop internal CUAS policy to align with current statue and Department guidance Assists, advise and provide recommendations to management team with initiatives, projects, and other duties assigned Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes.
Communicate clearly with senior level stakeholders and effectively present solutions Review operational install plans for their impact on performance, reliability, maintainability, availability, quality, safety and life cycle cost.
Perform document review and editing, as required.
Implement and manage a Change Management process for documenting and maintaining situational awareness on hardware and software configurations What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree, +5 years of experience; Master's Degree, +2 years of experience; High School Diploma, +10 years of experience; Jurisprudence or Juris Doctorate Candidate must have 5
years' applying progressively responsible and in-depth principals, concepts, and practices related to policy development and implementation.
Experience with effectively and professionally communicating technical and program related information to multiple stakeholders and adherence to established communications plans.
Knowledgeable of the national airspace system and how it relates to UAS and CUAS usage Demonstrated ability to independently research complex safety, security, and civil liberty problems that may arise in relation to CUAS Candidate must be able to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities in dynamic, politically sensitive environments ensuring customer expectations are managed.

Salary Range:
$92,200.
00 - $161,400.
