Enterprise Scrum Master
We are seeking an Enterprise Scrum Master to join our team.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Description:
The Enterprise Scrum Master serves as the subject matter expert on agile mindset and agile practices.
Enables the Scrum teams to perform at the highest level by instilling Scrum values and methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), coaching the team, removing impediments, and protecting the team from disruption.
Organizes and facilitates program backlog management, Program Increment Planning meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, demos, and other Scrum-related events.
Assists Product Owners as needed with backlog maintenance, internal and external communication, improving transparency, and disseminating information.
Shares Agile knowledge and best practices across the organization to maximize Scrum team performance and effectiveness and coaches teams, individuals, and the organization in collaboration, transparency, iteration, and being customer focused.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or other relevant discipline.
Attainment of one or more agile-related certifications:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Coach (CSC), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), and Certified Scrum Trainer (CST).
Minimum 4 years experience working in the transition of an organization from waterfall to agile.
Minimum 3 years working in an Agile environment.
Minimum 2 years experience as an agile scrum master or agile coach.
