Description Job DescriptionThe Buckeye Program has an opportunity for an internal candidate to move into a LiDAR Trainer role to manage part of the Processing Training Program.
In an effort to maintain consistency at the home office, Trainers will have less frequent deployment assignments.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Develop training plans for new hires and cross-training, focusing on effectiveness and efficiencyDevelop and execute consistent evaluation practices and training requirementsMaintain training documentation and SOPsWork with Subject Matter Experts to vet and implement process changes and improvementCoordinate workshops and training exercisesReport training status to customer and Program ManagementAssess the future needs of the training programAdapt training to meet requirements for new processes and technologyCounsel trainees who are not meeting requirements and develop tailored improvement plansAttend/Lead meetings with stakeholders when necessaryMentor new hires and assist with on-boarding
Qualifications:
Bachelor's and 2
years of experience, or commensurate experience in lieu of degreeBuckeye deployment experienceAbility to obtain and maintain Secret clearanceAbility to maintain deployable statusExperience in development and execution of organized training plansPossess an understanding of sensor systemsExperience with technical writing AIRBORNEISR Pay Range:
Pay Range $48,750.
00 - $75,000.
00 - $101,250.
00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
Recommended Skills Program Management Technical Writings Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
