Enterprise Scrum Master

Jacobs is seeking a Certified Enterprise Scrum Master with experience in full life-cycle software development following Agile processes and methodologies.
Position will require management of new development, O&M, and end-of-life projects.
Successful candidate will be responsible for oversight of all deliverables on the project as well as conducting all sprint ceremonies including daily scrum, sprint pre-planning, planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
This role on the project is responsible for performing story analysis, managing the evolution of the User Story and other backlog items, answering ad-hoc questions and providing clarification/direction to development and support teams regarding user stories and functions.
Responsibilities:
Experience with Agile processes and Scrum ceremonies:
managing and facilitating backlog refinement, sprint planning, mid-sprint reviews, sprint demos, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with the Product Owner and Team in release planning (including but not limited to preparing user documentation and conducting Release Demos) as well as facilitation of Quarterly Planning preparation including coordinating with the integrated teams regarding dependencies.
Review story analysis to determine conditions of satisfaction and the impact to other systems, projects, domains, and operational teams have been outlined.
Manage the evolution of the User Story and other backlog items (includes but not limited to breaking down the stories, eliciting conversations, facilitating story refinement sessions).
Here's What You'll Need:
At least 7 years project management experience.
At least 3 years working in an Agile software development environment.
At least 2 years Scrum Master or Agile Coach experience.
One or more agile-related certifications:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Coach (CSC), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) Ability to collaborate with Product Owners, Business Partners, Software Developers and Architects to build and define the Product Backlogs and complete release planning.
Ability to answer ad-hoc questions and provide clarification/direction to development, test, and support teams regarding user stories and functions.
Ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and conflicts across workgroups.
Ability to coach team members in Agile frameworks and processes.
Experience in facilitating development and troubleshooting sessions with a team.
Experience in working with technical teams to de-centralize decision-making and acting as an escalation point when consensus decisions cannot be reached.
Experience in requirements gathering, development of wireframes, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle.
Possession of excellent interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication, analytical, problem solving, organizational, issue resolution, and Customer relationship management.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Preferred:
SAFe Agile Certification ITIL Experience Recommended Skills Analytical Certified Practitioner Certified Scrum Master Coaching And Mentoring Communication Confluence Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
