Geospatial Analyst / Trainer

Description Job DescriptionThe Buckeye Program has an opportunity for an internal candidate to move into a LiDAR Trainer role to manage part of the Processing Training Program.
In an effort to maintain consistency at the home office, Trainers will have less frequent deployment assignments.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Develop training plans for new hires and cross-training, focusing on effectiveness and efficiency Develop and execute consistent evaluation practices and training requirements Maintain training documentation and SOPs Work with Subject Matter Experts to vet and implement process changes and improvement Coordinate workshops and training exercises Report training status to customer and Program Management Assess the future needs of the training program Adapt training to meet requirements for new processes and technology Counsel trainees who are not meeting requirements and develop tailored improvement plans Attend/Lead meetings with stakeholders when necessary Mentor new hires and assist with on-boarding
Qualifications:
Bachelor's and 2
years of experience, or commensurate experience in lieu of degree Buckeye deployment experience Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance Ability to maintain deployable status Experience in development and execution of organized training plans Possess an understanding of sensor systems Experience with technical writing AIRBORNEISRPay Range:
Pay Range $48,750.
00 - $75,000.
00 - $101,250.
00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
Recommended Skills Program Management Technical Writings Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
