on-siteo As the DoD Acquisition SME for Technology Transition, you will facilitate the transition of priority demonstrated joint capabilities to the Military Services and other partners through persistent, proactive stakeholder engagement in order to close time-critical gaps in high-priority, multi-component warfighting missionsDaily work is conducted as an integrated team member of the Multi-Domain Joint Operations (MDJO) Directorate under the Deputy Chief Technology Officer for Mission Capabilities (DCTO(MC)) within the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD(R&E))Work locations are in the DC metropolitan area with opportunities for situational teleworkPrimary responsibilities are to:
o Advise the Military Services, Joint Staff, and OSD stakeholders on strategies for successfully transitioning technologies from prototypes and joint experimentation activities to Service programs of record.
o Provide subject-matter expertise related to Service-specific acquisition and innovation pathways.
o Collaborate with stakeholders through decision-making forums (e.
g.
, DMAG, Issue Team, JROC, etc.
) to facilitate technology transition activities.
o Proactively engage and provide support to stakeholders in developing, maintaining, and executing technology transition plans.
o Maintain liaison with OSD CAPE and OUSD(A&S) for Issue Team coordination and other transition-related issues (Competitive Acquisition Pathway, Strategic Portfolio Reviews, etc).
o Prepare and deliver status reports to Congress and senior DoD leadership.
o Subject-matter expertise in overcoming systemic technology transition challenges associated with the DoD acquisition Valley of Death.
o Demonstrated record of successfully transitioning technologies from prototypes and joint experimentation activities to Service programs of record.
o Program management experience leading a $50M
technology development, design, manufacturing, integration, or test program; or leader of a portfolio of technology development programs.
o Expert knowledge of DoD and Service-specific acquisition and innovation pathways.
o At least 20 years of relevant work experience supporting the DoD and/or IC.
o Executive presence with highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to develop high-quality, professional briefings and written reports to succinctly capture key issues for DoD decision-makers and Congress.
o Self-starter, able to take initiative and accomplish work independently with minimal guidance.
o Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail.
o OSD, Joint Staff, and/or Service Staff experience is desired.
o Bachelor's degree required.
o Active TOP SECRET clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) and Special Access Programs (SAP)#cj Recommended Skills Attention To Detail Communication Coordinating Decision Making Interpersonal Skills Leadership Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
