As the DARPA Advanced Technology Engineer, you will provide technical support for transitioning DARPA programs, processes, and capabilities into Office of the Deputy Chief Technology Officer for Mission Capabilities (DCTO(MC)) within the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD(R&E)).
Work locations are in Alexandria, VA with opportunities for situational telework.
Principal Responsibilities Coordinate with appropriate stakeholders and leverage available tools, processes, and forums to proactively facilitate transition for select capabilities from advanced DARPA programs.
Support execution of a Transition Working Group to develop and execute a transition architecture and implementation plans for vanguard technical capabilities.
Support execution of advanced modeling and simulation capabilities critical to the transition of advanced warfighting architectures for operational use and the development of key capabilities needed to realize those advanced designs.
Required Skills Active TOP SECRET clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) and Special Access Programs (SAP).
Executive presence with highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop high-quality, professional briefings and written reports to succinctly capture key issues for DoD decision-makers and Congress.
Self-starter, able to take initiative and accomplish work independently with minimal guidance.
Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Required Experience Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
Experience planning and executing complex engineering and systems analysis efforts for the DoD and/or IC.
Expert in assessing threat kill chains operations and identifying exploitable vulnerabilities, analyzing mission threads and blue force system kill chains, developing system models, constructing, and executing simulation and analysis plans, and conducting trade studies and sensitivity analysis.
At least 10 years of relevant work experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
