Job DescriptionDMS is seeking a Senior IT Specialist to join our team.
The IT Subject Matter Expert (Senior Technical Specialist) is responsible for enabling the creation and sharing of business information in support of the client's mission.
The IT Subject Matter Expert (Senior Technical Specialist) manages the client's portfolio of information and IT to ensure their investments generate business value while mitigating risks.
Responsibilities The candidate Provide technical, managerial, and administrative direction for problem definition, analysis, requirements development and implementation for extremely complex systems in the Enterprise Architecture subject matter area.
Make recommendations and advise on organization or enterprise-wide system improvements, requirements, systems design, optimization, or sustainment efforts in one or more specialized areas of the Enterprise Architecture.
Install, configure test, monitor and troubleshoot workstations and related hardware, software, and system issues in order to deliver required desktop service levels.
Analyze, diagnose, and resolve technology issues, determining root causes, identifying trends and escalating accordingly.
Coordinating liaison for any issues that require escalation to another team for resolution, accountable for communication, follow-up and timely resolution.
Responsible for advanced troubleshooting of supported (and unsupported) services - flexibility, creativity, and determination are essential.
Assist with AV/Conference Room meeting setup and facilitation Responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and management of enterprise devices via Microsoft MEM (Microsoft Endpoint Manager), Windows and Application Deployment (MS Autopilot) Documenting support-related processes and procedures (SOP).
Exemplary technical understanding and an ability to translate technical requirements and specifications into easily understood business concepts and vice versa.
Providing on-site support, travel may occasionally be required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
