SPA has an immediate need for a Director of HR Operations & Employee Services.
#CJ #IN123 Reporting to the CHRO, the Director of HR Operations & Employee Services, will be responsible for setting, managing and deploying key HR operational and employee processes and programs used to affect change, improve the employee experience, and manage employee records and the HRIS.
The HR Ops Director will be a seasoned HR Generalist with a proven track record of overseeing major HR initiatives and processes related to New Hire Orientation, Employee Engagement Programs, HRIS systems automation, and Employee Changes which make up the full employment life-cycle.
The HR Ops Director will work closely with department managers and key stakeholders to provide consultation and deliver scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes.
The HR Ops Director will work with other functional areas of HR to improve processes and support those areas as needed.
This role will also support Employee Relations activity and manage the Company Rewards & Recognition Program.
This hands-on HR leadership role will be a part of the HR Leadership Team and will be responsible for making impactful decisions and changes to help the business grow.
Collaborate with HR Leadership, Department & Division Directors, Managers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to facilitate and deliver major briefings which may include New Hire Orientation, Performance Management Programs, and a variety of training related to HR initiatives Partner with Talent Acquisitions to manage, drive and facilitate weekly onboarding processes Ensure successful employee onboarding and off-boarding processes Manage and maintain all employment data records and HRIS Facilitate and support all metrics, dashboards, and reporting requirements Initiate and Administer I-9/E-Verify Program and partner with the HR Compliance to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance Oversee and control processes for Employment Verifications, Wage Garnishments and HR Administration Support Facilitate process improvement initiatives to encourage and continue tools automation Oversight of ongoing development and management of the Employee Rewards and Recognition Program Deliver and execute HR related best practices across the business Routinely participate in employee relations meetings as a representative of the HR Leadership Team Manage employees within the HR Operations Team Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.

years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
Experience in leading major corporate initiatives and employee engagement sessions Experience working in large companies with rapid growth (fast paced environments) Experience in several of the following areas:
employee relations, organizational development workforce management, Performance Management, merit cycles, HRIS administration, Affirmative Action, metrics, and analytics.
Experience leading and mentoring a team, including virtual teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ADP Workforce Now Strong experience with HRIS administration and process improvement Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Ability to work collaboratively and successfully across various teams PHR/SPHR Certification is highly desired Project Management experience Experience working in the Government services industry Sound judgement and effective decision making skills ID:
