US Citizenship Required Consultant to work as a team member under general supervision:
Flexibility to work different shifts between the hours of 7AM- 8PM.
Provides close technical support and input on the application of Microsoft technology to a defined business segment.
Personnel are required to be onsite full time and provide second tier operations support for Active Directory and Exchange production systems.
The staff is required to have experience in Microsoft Windows Server and Exchange Operations.
Must be able to research, test, document, and implement Microsoft windows related software/hardware updates as well as good troubleshooting skills.
Able to monitor Active Directory and Exchange related software/hardware and assist with monthly server maintenance.
Ability to resolve escalated calls and trouble tickets from the help desk.
Possesses strong oral and written communication skills.
Team Player After-hours support.
Job Requirements 3yrs experience in Windows 2012/2016 AD administration 3yrs supporting Exchange 2010/2013 Experience working in an Enterprise level environment.
Experience working on Federal Government projects preferred.
Experience supporting mobile technology.
Microsoft PowerShell experience required.
Call Center/Helpdesk experience preferred.
Travel Recommended Skills Administration Call Centers Communication Help Desk Microsoft Windows Problem Solving Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
