PRIMARY DUTIES Installs dormakaba hardware & access control systems in commercial buildings Project a strong customer service image through professional presentation and communication with all customers Communicates with Sales and Service management about customer concerns and sales opportunities REQUIREMENTS Valid current driver's license Mechanical or electrical knowledge Electrical/low voltage certification and/or construction background a plus CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS Team player and strong collaborator Problem solver (always brings solutions, enjoys challenges) Dependable (reliable and follows through on commitments) Willingness to travel Self-motivation and ability to work independently Basic skills with computers Ability to handle various tasks assigned and meet deadlines Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
