Your primary tasks will be answering the telephone, preparing correspondence, and performing traditional office work.
The ideal candidate is well organized, conscientious, and coachable.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and initiate telephone calls with prospective clients for Client Development Partner Prepare standard reports for Attorneys Manage the Client the calendars for the firm's partners Draft correspondences and other simple documents for the firm's partners Perform basic clerical work Greet and assist onsite guests Communicate with clients and vendors by email Plan travel, including flights, accommodations and ground transportation Handle personal tasks and errands for the firm's partners, as requested
Qualifications:
High school diploma Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Must have reliable transportation About the Firm:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
