Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner - Answer high volume of incoming calls and analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues - Maintain accurate and detailed customer records - Resolve customer tickets assigned as an individual or to the team group in our support software.
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette - Ability to effectively communicate in English; multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus - Proficient in using CRM software to manage customer interactions and data - Proven ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Comfortable with outbound calling and engaging with customers proactively Must have:
