Strategic Systems Analysis Group (SSAG) provides organizations within the Department of Energy with timely and objective analysis that integrates technical, operational, programmatic, policy and business analysisWe focus on providing data driven solutions that aid DOE leadership in achieving their strategic and leadership goalsSSAG has an immediate need for a Program Analyst for SSAG's DOE team#CJ Responsibilities The candidate will support the analysis and management of DOE enterprise risks, schedules, and prioritiesThe candidate will be responsible for:
o Collaborating within a team to deliver enterprise risk and schedule analysis.
o Gathering information from various sources and conducting analysis of that information to inform program decisions and establish priorities.
o Presenting results to peers and senior leadership within client and partner organizationsThe Program Analyst will spend the majority of their time at SPA HQ in AlexandriaTravel to DOE sites throughout the country will be requiredQualifications Required Qualifications:
o Bachelors degree.
o At least three years' experience with Department of Energy Environmental Management program planning, strategic planning, or risk assessment/tracking.
o Capable of working independently as well as with a team on larger projects.
o Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with MS Office applications
Qualifications:
o Experience with Department of Energy or Department of Defense program planning, strategic planning, or risk assessment/tracking.
o Previous Experience with any of the following:
environmental management, risk analysis, schedule analysis, the DOE, the National Nuclear Security Administration.
o Familiarity with Primavera, R, @Risk, DOORS.
o Current DOE Q clearance, DoD SECRET or TOP SECRET clearance.
Recommended Skills Administration Business Analysis Communication Leadership Microsoft Office Primavera P6 Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
