Office Manager - First Home Care Alexandria, VA

What will I be doing? Provide administrative and office support to the Program Director, other members of management and all other direct service providers in the region.
Serve as first point of contact for all clients, visitors, applicants, and employees while providing excellent customer service.
Perform general office duties to include answering phones and emails, ordering supplies, maintaining record management systems, meeting preparation, managing on-call systems and completing monthly office inspections to ensure all aspects of the facility are presentable and running efficiently.
Coordinate and complete onboarding processes and training for all new hires as well as maintain employee/personnel files.
Manage billing processes handled in office, including logging invoices and adjustment logs, completing insurance verifications and state billing directives from the Revenue Cycle Manager.

Qualifications:
High School diploma, required.
At least 3 years' work experience in administrative support position, preferred.
Experience working in behavioral/mental health field, preferred.
Competencies in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Extended Reach, preferred.
Office hours from 8:
00am to 5:
00pm, Monday through Friday.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
