$25 - $30 per hour Job Description The Home Care Staffing Coordinator is responsible for scheduling Home Care service for residents and Home Care providers to provide exceptional service to residents with the Goodwin Living community.
Job Duties Responsible for scheduling Home Care nursing assistant for all open cases, callouts, vacation coverage, etc.
Ensure resident's schedules are covered, always, and accurately within Generations/scheduling system.
Build honest, sustainable relationships with residents, families, nursing assistant, Home Care leadership team, and other members of the Goodwin Living team.
Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED At least two years' experience as a staffing coordinator in a home care agency or similar setting Experience with electronic health systems preferred (e.
g.
