Defense Production Act Program Analyst

DPA Program AnalystJHNA is seeking an experienced Program Analyst to support program administration, execution, and industry engagement related to all DPA I authorities and support the execution of DPA Title I projects.
This position will require some on-site support at the Mark Center Building in Alexandria, VA.

JHNA offers highly competitive benefit packages and a culture that fosters teamwork and collaboration all while supporting our Warfighter!Roles/Responsibilities Collect and track rating requests from DoD Program Offices for the Defense Prioritization and Allocation System (DPAS) Update and maintain the DPA Title I rating request tracking system for DPAS.
Conduct research into acquisition programs, supply chains, and industrial base suppliers for the DPAS adjudication process Develop written products such as research or white papers in support of the DPAS application and rating process, based on research activities Prepare, coordinate and facilitate approval of Security of Supply Arrangements (SOSA) Develop outreach or education material on the DPA Title I program such as briefings, information papers, and talking points to support Outreach Support for the DPA Title I Program Draft responses to incoming informal Congressional and interagency inquiries related to ongoing DPA Title I cases, at a magnitude of approximately ten per week Draft and maintain formal Congressional and interagency reporting requirement submissions, conducted quarterly Facilitate and participate in DPAS outreach events such as panel discussions, presentations to DoD stakeholders, and meetings with industry or foreign government delegations to educate on the DPAS process Qualifications Required:
Active DoD issued Secret Clearance 3
Years of Experience total 2
Years of experience in performing studies, analyses, and evaluations across a wide variety of domains in order to recommend solutions to problems identified and/or to support development and execution of programs to implement solutions Ability to plan and organize tasks effectively, both as an individual contributor and as a team member Excellent communications skills, both oral and written; ability to package analytic results in report format Bachelor's Degree in a related field MS Office proficiency Desired:
Understanding of Defense Production Act authorities DoD Major Staff (OSD, Joint Staff, Senior Service Staff) experience Master's Degree JHNA is a Digital Engineering firm focused on providing engineering and technical services primarily to DoD's Aviation communities.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
