Sr. Business/Information Systems Analyst with Security Clearance

We are hiring a full-time Sr.
Business/Information Systems Analyst to support the Industrial Base Analysis and Sustainment (IBAS) program within the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Industrial Base Policy (IBP).
The IBAS program is dedicated to ensuring that the Department of Defense is positioned to effectively address industrial base issues and support the National Security Innovation Base.
In this role, you will apply your understanding of Business Information Systems and SharePoint to support program and project planning and tracking.
While you will primarily work from home, you must currently live or be willing to relocate to the greater Washington DC Metro area in order to attend meetings at our client sites in Falls Church, VA & Alexandria, VA with minimal notice at times.
Responsibilities Work with the client and other analysts to gain understanding of business processes, define and document client business process requirements and develop optimal solutions for the customer.
Translate business requirements into detailed user, functional, and systems requirements.
Develop subject matter expertise for assigned systems and related business processes.
Test new software and software changes to ensure implementation meets specifications/requirements and customer expectations.
Attend meetings at our local client sites as needed.
Education/QualificationsRequired:
Deep knowledge of SharePoint including, but not limited to, the following skills:
Experience creating architecture and design user interfaces (UIs) to manipulate and visualize data.
Experience facilitating basic SharePoint functionality into custom user interfaces.
Experience converting list data into useful exportable formats for reporting.
Experience creating workflows, status indication pages, and configurable UIs for weekly program activities.
Experience with data management and converting hierarchically ordered folders into meta driven architectures.
3-5 years of Microsoft Power BI specific experience (note that experience with other data visualization/business intelligence tools cannot be substituted for this requirement).
Capable of architecting and designing user interfaces (UIs) to manipulate and visualize data (aesthetics, user appeal and friendliness are critical skills).
Capable of converting data sets into useful visualizations, largely related to financial and investment information over time and geographically located.
Capable of developing the ability to easily refresh all data on a weekly basis via import.
Mission assurance experience pertaining to policy, process, and procedure development, implementation, training, deployment, and control.
Quality assurance experience is also acceptable if it is related to production.
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree.
Mission Assurance training and auditing skills.
Experience or knowledge of creating and maintaining policy, process, and procedure documents for compliance with GAO Green Book and the respective IAW OMB-A123 internal control guidelines.
Experience creating compliance traceability artifacts.
Experience performing critical evaluations of technical reviews and creating after action reports.
Program and project performance control and monitoring with metrics collection and reporting skills.
Microsoft Power BI Certification.
Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert Certification.
