Qualifications:
High School Diploma with 6
years of relevant experience Prior Recruiting Command experience at the CMD or actual recruiter level (preferably Army) REQUIRED Very well experienced in multiple MS Office systems Prior experience in the recruiting process and if no SOF experience, adaptable enough to learn our process Willingness to either move or commute as needed to support the NCR/DC area Ability to manage multiple tasks at any given time Prior SOF and/or SOF recruiting experience highly desired Exceptional written and verbal communication Active TS/SCI clearance
Responsibilities:
Identify and manage internal and external all-source Military Operations, including both analytical and collection requirements from across the Military Operations community. May work alone or with DoD civilians and military personnel. Performs a variety of recruiting activities. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
