THE JOB:
It is the primary responsibility of the Uniform Control Attendant to provide uniform services for employees.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Assist employees with all uniform related needs, this would include assigning uniforms, apply ID labels, ensure uniform fits properly, complete alterations as needed.
Laundry duties include but not limited to scan soiled uniforms send daily to cleaners.
Receive clean laundry, sort, and hang in employee's slot.
Ensure all uniforms have UHF-RFID laundry tags.
Maintain uniform inventory; conduct inventory of current uniforms, inspect used uniforms.
Discard any uniforms damaged or stained, remove from GIMS.
Operate Conveyor system, heat-seal machine, sewing machines, pressing equipment and any other related machinery including commercial washing machines and steam irons where applicable.
Work independently, make logical decisions, and address any problems to ensure all employees receive the service required to fill the employee's need.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
One (1) or more years' experience in a similar position/environment.
Self-motivated and possess the flexibility to work varied hours to include holidays and weekends.
Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all guest and employees.
