THE JOB:
The Administrative Scheduling Clerk is responsible for owning the experience of internal customers related to scheduling and time off by performing multiple administrative tasks including email, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
The employee scope includes staff as well as management and functions in a collaborative and supportive environment.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Collaboration with Department Leaders:
Work closely with department leaders to monitor attendance, track refusals, and manage callouts effectively.
Special Projects:
Undertake special projects assigned by management, which may involve research, process improvement, or addressing specific organizational needs.
Enhancing Employee
Experience:
Continuously explore and implement new practices aimed at improving the employee experience while ensuring compliance with labor agreements and department policies.
Administrative Support:
Assist management with administrative tasks, including preparing labor and payroll reports and organizing documentation.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Possesses a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
Demonstrated prior experience in scheduling.
Exhibits a keen attention to detail.
Shows proficiency in technical skills.
Displays excellent communication abilities.
Finds enjoyment in collaborating with departmental leaders.
Embraces a team-oriented mindset.
Exhibits strong time management capabilities.
SCHEDULING:
Must be available to work all shifts:

00am - 2:
00pm, 10:
00am - 6:

00pm - 10:
00pm Must be flexible to work outside primary schedule based on the business need.
