As the location manager, you'll manage a team of nutritionists and health coaches in two locations that rotate days.

You'll also be responsible for developing and executing an overall business strategy that promotes revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities At Copare our managers wear many hats.
The primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Creatively think about your location's business and develop strategies and processes to achieve key metrics.
Achieving monthly revenue targets Ensuring high client satisfaction as measured by referrals, reviews, re-launches, and client churn.
Creating a positive, team-oriented culture where everyone feels valued and respected.
Working collaboratively with other managers/locations to contribute to the overall success of the Copare organization.
Meeting and coaching clients - helping them with their weight loss and wellness needs.
A BS in health-related studies with a concentration in nutrition is desired.
Strong leadership skills, business skills, and a minimum of 5 years of management experience are required.
In addition, prior work experience in the health and wellness industry is preferred.
This position is for full-time employment, and you and your manager will determine actual hours.
