Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Sr.
Project Coordinator to join our team! In this role you will get to support Field Operations by overseeing staff assignments, managing personnel onboarding, and collaborating with other departments to meet project staffing needs.
Key
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for all Field Ops personnel, providing direct support to the Field Operations Manager as needed.
Serve as a trusted resource for Field Ops staff, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs in a timely and effective manner.
Foster strong relationships and open communication channels to ensure effective collaboration across departments.
Assist in the assignment of personnel to specific teams or projects based on skills, availability, and project requirements.
Collaborate with project leads and team managers to optimize team composition and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Coordinate with the Travel Group to ensure timely deployment of personnel to project sites, considering logistical requirements and constraints.
Facilitate travel arrangements and logistical support for Field Ops personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
Track personnel movement, including transfers, PTO, and medical leave, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Manage the Field Ops personnel roster, keeping it updated with relevant information.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires within the Field Operations Department, guiding them through initial procedures and paperwork.
Coordinate initial training sessions, medical screenings, and travel arrangements for new team members to facilitate their integration into the department.
Work closely with the Program Management Group to understand staffing needs for upcoming projects and initiatives.
Provide input and assistance in aligning staffing resources with project requirements to ensure successful project outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Proven experience in project coordination or related roles, preferably in a field operations environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Knowledge of personnel management processes, regulations, and best practices.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

$117,000.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
