DutiesServes as the Deputy Director, Chief Information Office/G6 of Enterprise IT for an Army Special Operations Command (USASOC).Plans, programs, budgets, and executes Brigade fiscal resources to support Mission Command Network Systems (MCNS) operational requirements in deployed and enterprise environments.Assists in the planning, coordination, and conflict resolution of the work schedules within the working groups.Coordinates with Service and Government Laboratories, civilian industry, and academia to ensure and maintain awareness of their focus on unique special operations technology needs.Routinely coordinates with flag level senior leaders through formal presentation regarding details of technical solutions, associated resourcing, and authorization of use.Provides executive guidance, management advice and oversight of developmental MCNS.Requirements Conditions of EmploymentAppointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.Two year trial/probationary period may be required.In accordance with Change 3 to AR 600-85, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program, individual must successfully pass a urinalysis screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and periodically thereafter.Employee must have and be able to maintain TOP SECRET security clearance with Special Intelligence Access as a result of current and/or favorable Special Background Investigation.Performs 5% temporary duty travel (TDY).Required to submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450. In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience.
To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as working with three (3) or more of the following:
1. Developing IT policies and procedures governing the planning and delivery of information technology services.
2. Providing guidance and leadership in the planning and integration of information technology requirements.
3. Experience in transitioning legacy IT systems and services into modern, contemporary IT technologies, methodologies, and services.
4. Experience creating affiliations with interagency government organizations.
5. Programming process experience analyzing short and long-term objectives and properly allocating funding against requirements.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the Federal service (GG/GS-13).

Civilians must be exempted from recall to active duty because of Reserve or retired military obligations.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
