Program will begin on May 21, 2024 and will take place Tuesday-Friday.
The program will take 18 weeks and at the completion of the program, you will attend an audition to test all the skills and knowledge you obtained to become a part-time Table Games dealer with MGM National Harbor.
As you successfully pass your audition, you will be scheduled in one of the three shifts (day, swing, or grave) depending on business needs.

Ensure that all activities will reflect the policies, philosophies, and regulations of MGM and local Gaming Control Board Perform act of dealing several games types Protect, control, and verify the accuracy of fills, credits, openers/closers, and marker transactions; accurately exchanges cash or markers for chips.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Possesses a high school diploma or GED At least 18 years of age Excellent in basic math Ability to attend all training classes.
Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression Works well under pressure THE PERKS &
