Northern Virginia for Day Shifts (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM)

Responsibilities:

- Build rapport with clients; engage in conversation and provide companionship
- Assist with meal prep/feeding
- Diaper changes
- Implement developmentally appropriate activities, including fine/gross motor skills
- Plan and facilitate indoor/outdoor activities
- Provide emotional support and encouragement for necessary tasks
Requirements:

- 3
years of formal childcare experience
- Comfortable working with various age groups:
Infant, Preschool, Toddler, Grade School
- High school diploma/GED
- First Aid Training, CPR Training
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- 3 excellent references
- Must have a valid driver's license
