Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Data/Business/Program Analyst to join our team! In this role you will imagine, develop, and implement innovative technical solutions for a large program that supports a major federal client.
What You ll Be Doing:
- Develop, design, and maintain business intelligence solutions using Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver dynamic, comprehensive reports and dashboards.
- Create and optimize data models for better visualization and performance.
- Write and maintain code for automated data processing and integration tasks.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting outputs.
- Provide technical support and training to team members and end-users.
- Lead data curation activities and conduct data cleaning.
- Prepare reports and present them to a range of program stakeholders.
- Analyze program processes and operations, using appropriate tools and techniques to identify improvements.
What Required Skills You ll Bring:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence.
Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and report publishing.
Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Suite Power Automate, Data verse, SharePoint.
Familiarity/proficiency/baseline with Microsoft Power PlatformKnowledge of relational database schemas, diagrams, and relationships.
Understanding of data governance principles, backup, recovery, security, integrity, and SQLWhat Desired Skills You ll Bring:
Holds certifications in Power BI or other BI tools.
Understands project management principles.
Possesses the ability to think algorithmically.
Create executive-level quality reports and presentations.
