mplement the division strategy to ensure the division meets and exceeds organizational goals as identified by the
Executive Management Team. Seeks to establish effective partnerships with all internal departments.┬ Maintains cooperative working relationships┬ with these Divisions that will ultimately lead to increased output and internal and external customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Start up and manage organization contracts and task and serve as technical expert regarding projects.

Develop and implement strategic, management, and operational plans.
Interface with Project Officer or Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR) to ensure projects are executed efficiently and meet client expectations.
Ensure compliance with federal acquisition regulations and laws, agency policies, and corporate standards.
Provide technical oversight to the project, including development of project-specific quality control plans, as well as standard operating procedures in accordance with agency regulations.
Prepare technical and cost status reports, projections, and estimates.
Ensure contract and task deliverables are completed and submitted on time and in accordance with contract specifications.
Identify, evaluate and resolve complex issues related to contractual matters that may arise during the term of the contract by partnering with internal staff and clients.
Control project budget and forecast expenditures, validate invoices prior to submission, and coordinate with financial department to expedite payment.
Directly responsible for the successful transition of contracts and performance of assigned projects.
Resolve personnel and contractual issues, technical problems, and complaints.
Perform┬ supervisory related functions, including recruitment, screening, orientation, review process, training, leave approval, counseling, hires, fill vacancies, and execute terminations.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 2-4 years of supervisory experience (mid to upper level responsibilities)
Five plus years contract management in government environment
Proven success in a client management environment
Demonstrated ability to analyze, monitor and proactively facilitate improvements based upon contract requirements and performance metrics
Demonstrated ability to facilitate multiple task/responsibilities simultaneously
Prior experience with RFP/RFQ and proposal development processes
Bachelors degree
Excellent oral and written communication skills and fluent with MS Office applications

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
