Sales Assistant/ Leads Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Sales Assistant/Leads Coordinator to manage and grow their current in-bound lead program and lead development efforts. The Lead Coordinator will review inbound leads, validate the information present in the leads, follow-up with the leads directly, and attempt to set up conversations with vertical specific Account Managers. This position is responsible for the overall coordination, support, and facilitation of the Sales Group's lead process.
Responsibilities Summary:
Lead Follow-up
" Provide timely follow up with all in-bound leads by way of marketing material, e-mail templates, etc. to provide prospects timely and accurate information.
" Complete follow-up calls with leads to educate the lead on the client's technical
" Provide introductions for leads to the appropriate Account Manager at the right stage of the process.
Campaign Support
" Execute campaign follow up as defined with Sales and Marketing Teams.
" Works with individual Account Managers to develop specific account support activities.
" Cold calling is a must and will occur from time to time in outbound campaigns
Sales Support
" Be the first on inbound call hunt group and the live person taking incoming calls.
" Serve as in-house expert on proficient use of Saleforce.
" Influence and define the process in which Salesforce is used.
" Create and generate Salesforce reports as needed.
" Work closely with Sales and Marketing Teams to create campaigns and mine information necessary to conduct successful marketing campaigns.

" Ability to find a solution or deal proactively with work-related problems so that creative solutions are developed and satisfy all parties.

" Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Skills, Experience and Education:
" Bachelor's degree required
" One or more year(s) of professional experience in sales or sales administration in B2B Technology.
" Familiarity with technology solution sales include software, consulting and/or training packages.
" Strong PC skills: proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
" Salesforce experience preferred.
Direct hire. Excellent benefits offered. 50,000-55,000 annually.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
