Software Engineer to support our client in Quantico, VA.
Description:
Work individually or as part of a team to develop, maintain, and enhance a variety of computationally intensive software systems
Employ parallelization and low-level optimizations to improve processing efficiency over large data sets
Review and test software components for accuracy and efficiency
Analyze, evaluate, and identify various security systems, including e-mail encryption, hard disk encryption, file encryption, and
computer
access control
Determine functionality of source code and binary executables given little or no documentation.
Basic
Qualifications:
2
years of experience with software engineering-Experience with C/C++-Experience with programming in Windows and Linux environments
Knowledge of a low-level assembly language, including MIPS or x86-64-Active Top Secret clearance
BA or BS degree
Additional
Qualifications:
Experience with digital forensics and media exploitation-Experience with driver development or programming specialized hardware, including GPUs and FPGAs-Experience with various programming languages
Experience with various virtual machine environments-Experience with reverse engineering binary file types and writing custom detection tools
Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and OSX internalsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
